Shipping Policy
How long will it take to receive my order?
We process and ship all orders within 4-5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location:
European Union: Orders typically arrive in 4-8 business days.
United Kingdom: Orders typically arrive in 4-5 business days.
United States: Orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days via USPS First Class Mail.
International Orders: Shipping to other countries may take 14+ business days.
If you need your order more quickly, please feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Shipping Methods:
For 1-2 Pet ID Tags, we use USPS First Class Mail.
For orders of 3+ Pet ID Tags, Collars, and other products, we ship with USPS Ground Advantage.
Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
If you require expedited shipping, you’ll have the option to upgrade your shipping at checkout.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issues, we’re here to help. Here’s how our returns process works:
Pet ID Tags
We offer a no questions asked re-engrave or money-back guarantee on Pet ID Tags for 30 days from the date of sale. If there’s a mistake with your engraving or the product arrives damaged, we will fix it at no extra cost to you. If we make an error, we will re-engrave the Pet Tag and send it back to you as quickly as possible. If we fail to meet your expectations again, we will provide a full refund.
To request a re-engrave or refund, please email a photo of the Pet Tag(s) to us, and we’ll process the request promptly.
Note: If the error was due to incorrect engraving details submitted with the order, there will be a $10 mistake fee to re-engrave the tag.
Collars
To return a collar, it must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
Returns for collars are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
A full refund will be issued, minus the shipping charges, within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Returns after 30 days from delivery are not accepted. Shipping on returns is not covered unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will cover return shipping costs.
Exchanges Policy
Exchanges for Size or Color:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, the product must be unused and returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Shipping on exchanges is not covered by Hrrdooooog.
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll ship out your exchange promptly.
For all exchanges, please contact us first, and we’ll assist you in the process.

Be sure to include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and, if applicable, a photo of the item in question.
Important Notes:
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we have sent an incorrect or damaged item.
International returns: Customers outside the U.S. will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Returns and exchanges must be made in the original condition with all packaging intact.
