1. Shipping Policy
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each product is carefully handcrafted, and shipping times may vary depending on your location and the type of order:
- Custom Orders: Typically shipped within 7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
- Other Orders:
- UK: Delivery within 4-7 business days
- EU: Orders typically arrive in 5-7 business days
- US: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days
- International Orders: May take 14+ business days

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer the following return options:
4. Pet ID Tags
Customized products are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part. We offer a 30-day re-engraving or money-back guarantee for Pet ID Tags.
If there’s an error with engraving or if the product is damaged, we’ll fix it at no extra cost. If we make an error, we’ll re-engrave the tag and send it back to you as quickly as possible. If the issue persists, we will issue a full refund.
⚠️ Important: If the engraving error is discovered after shipment, we offer free re-engraving. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping and new delivery fees, which typically amount to around £15.
How to Request a Re-Engrave or Refund:
Please email a photo of the Pet Tag(s) to support@hrrdooooog.store, and we’ll process your request promptly.
5. Collars
Collars must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition to be eligible for return.
Returns for collars are accepted within 30 days of delivery. A full refund (minus shipping charges) will be issued within 5 business days once we receive the returned collar.
⚠️ Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are not covered unless the item was incorrect or damaged, in which case we will cover return shipping costs.
6. Exchanges Policy
Exchanges for Size or Color are available for unused items returned within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges. After we receive the returned item, we will promptly ship the exchanged item.
