REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
In its original packaging with all tags intact.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized Pet ID Tags with engravings).
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
Gift cards.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Defective/Damaged/Wrong Item: If the product arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, Hrrdog will cover the return shipping costs or issue a full refund without requiring a return.
Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the item, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. How to Start a Return
To start a return, you must contact us at info@hrrdog.com.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: Please include a note with your Order Number inside the return package.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
