1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
It must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
It must be in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned or refunded:
Custom Products: Items that have been personalized (e.g., engraved ID tags, custom collars) cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing error.
Perishable Goods: Such as food, flowers, or plants.
Gift Cards.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns
Defective or Wrong Items: If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, Hrrdog will cover the return shipping costs or issue a full refund immediately.
Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/color, or no longer want the item, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
