At Hrrdog (operated by PAWHARBOR LTD), we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processing and delivery timelines.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: Processing time is separate from the shipping time. This time is used to verify your order, conduct quality checks, and package the items.
2. Shipping Rates
We offer Free Standard Shipping on qualifying orders. Our shipping rates are calculated based on your location and order value:

Orders over £38.00 GBP: Free Shipping
Orders under £38.00 GBP: Standard shipping fee of £2.99 GBP
United States:
Orders over $50.00 USD: Free Shipping
Orders under $50.00 USD: Standard shipping fee of $3.99 USD

3. Estimated Delivery Times
We utilize a network of global fulfillment centers to ensure your products are in stock. Please note that shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
United Kingdom: 6 - 10 Business Days
United States: 7 - 12 Business Days
European Union: 7 - 12 Business Days
Rest of the World: 10 - 20 Business Days
Please note: While we strive to meet these timelines, external factors such as customs clearance, local postal delays, and holiday seasons may cause slight delays.
4. Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Shipping Origin
To provide the best prices and ensure stock availability, we ship directly from our centralized distribution centers located in Asia and partner warehouses globally. This allows us to cut out the middleman and pass the savings on to you.
6. Duties and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hrrdog is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Hrrdog is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. However, if your tracking information states "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us at info@hrrdog.com and we will do our best to assist you.
